The processing time is currently 4 weeks, which does not include shipping time! Processing time does not include weekends or holidays. Orders are taken on a “pre-order” basis and a limited amount of orders are accepted per week. Once we reach capacity, items are listed as “sold out”, until the following opening. Orders are eligible for cancellation within 1 week of placing the order. We do not accept returns, since all items are made to order.
