Processing Time

The processing time is currently 3-4 weeks, which does not include shipping time! Processing time does not include weekends or holidays. Orders are taken on a “pre-order” basis and a limited amount of orders are accepted per week. Once we reach capacity, items are listed as “sold out”, until the following opening. Orders are eligible for cancellation within 1 week of placing the order. We do not accept returns, since all items are made to order. The shop is not responsible for damaged or lost items in shipment. All custom orders are non-refundable. FAQ

Q: Do the ears fit children under 10? 
A: All of our ears are made in the same size as the park ears, so if your child can fit into the standard “one size fits all”, there is a high chance they will fit our ears! Every head size varies, but we make our headbands as flexible as possible to accommodate many sizes and prevent headaches. We do have baby ears for little ones, on an elastic headband!

Q: How long does it take to receive the ears after placing an order? 
A: After the four week processing time, USPS Priority Mail shipping takes approximately 2-3 business days for delivery, not including any weather/unexpected delays. Rush order listings are available in our “extras” section!

Q:  Do you accept returns or cancellations? 
A: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns since all pairs are made to order. We are able to cancel orders within a week of ordering!
